Dads vs Kids Nerf Challenge

What better way to celebrate Father’s Day this year than to participate in Garden Oaks’ Dads vs Kids Nerf Challenge!?

Dads can bring their kids (of all ages) to the Garden Oaks Baptist Church Campus for a fun hour and a half of running, racing, dodging and chasing throughout the entire church campus. We will start off in the Garden Oaks Gym and then the challenges will progress throughout the campus. Be sure to wear athletic sneakers and activewear. Bringing a bottle of water might not be a bad idea!

Feel free to bring your own Nerf or Nerf-like toys (please, no airsoft or modified Nerf toys… and YES, we have to say that) or you can use our provided Nerf toys. All players will be required to wear protective eyewear and to fill out a simple waiver. You can bring your own or use the provided plastic safety glasses.

To finish off the event, we will share pizza & wings in the Fellowship Hall and enjoy the church family’s company. This is a great opportunity for Dads to spend some quality time with your kids. Everything will be done for you, you just need to show up!
